Phil, originally from Chicago, moved to San Diego in 1975 to major in real estate at San Diego State University. First licensed in Real Estate Sales at the age of 19 and a Broker at 21, he eventually managed a Coldwell Banker office with 45 agents. At 28, Phil was promoted to the National Headquarters in Newport Beach and became the youngest Vice President in Coldwell Banker history. He was instrumental in significantly improving related services including mortgage, title, escrow and relocation.

Phil resides in Dana Point, California. He enjoys selling real estate and has received numerous awards including the #1 Agent for Prudential in Orange County and oftentimes in the “Top 10” agents in the nation for Prudential, a Warren Buffett, Berkshire Hathaway company in Southern California.

He is an active investor; owns a vacation home in Lake Tahoe and as a Real Estate Broker he has represented clients for numerous 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges on Residential & Commercial properties over the last 30 years.
